Review: Garnier BB Cream (Original)

I know, I know its called the Garnier Miracle Skin Perfector BB Cream but hey I don't like my titles to run for days ok?

Anyway I'll make my reviews from now on short and sweet with the basic low down from which you can make your mind up on whether you wanna get the product or not alright?

Price
Sydney, Australia price: $13.99. American price: Probably $8 USD?

Product Low Down
Its a BB cream that comes in two shades; light and medium. Suitable for light to tanned skin tones since the colour really blends with the skin tone.

Texture
Ok now this one is the ORIGINAL version and its very emollient and a dewy finish that can turn oily if you use too much. So normal to dry skin kids this one's for you!  All I knew was that there was a possibility of having a BB cream that I could finally wear without being 50k shades too dark for it. Btw combo skins can pull this off too (coz hey I am) but you HAVE to remember to powder before heading out that door ok?

Performance
Compared this to the original asian bb creams which are aimed to really help heal burned and surgically manipulated skin then you'll be disappointed BUT this does make a decent tinted moisturizer. Now, with me, by the end of the day my skin has absorbed most of the product but it also has very little redness left from before application. Is that the cream or just my skin's natural process I'm not sure. But as far as healing my skin and fading my scarring... not really feelin' it. But after washing my face the cream does do a good job of covering the redness and brings my atrocious eye bags back to a socially acceptable standard.
