I know, I know its called the Garnier Miracle Skin Perfector BB Cream but hey I don't like my titles to run for days ok?
Anyway I'll make my reviews from now on short and sweet with the basic low down from which you can make your mind up on whether you wanna get the product or not alright?
Price
Sydney, Australia price: $13.99. American price: Probably $8 USD?
Product Low Down
Its a BB cream that comes in two shades; light and medium. Suitable for light to tanned skin tones since the colour really blends with the skin tone.
Texture
Ok now this one is the ORIGINAL version and its very emollient and a dewy finish that can turn oily if you use too much. So normal to dry skin kids this one's for you! All I knew was that there was a possibility of having a BB cream that I could finally wear without being 50k shades too dark for it. Btw combo skins can pull this off too (coz hey I am) but you HAVE to remember to powder before heading out that door ok?
Performance
Compared this to the original asian bb creams which are aimed to really help heal burned and surgically manipulated skin then you'll be disappointed BUT this does make a decent tinted moisturizer. Now, with me, by the end of the day my skin has absorbed most of the product but it also has very little redness left from before application. Is that the cream or just my skin's natural process I'm not sure. But as far as healing my skin and fading my scarring... not really feelin' it. But after washing my face the cream does do a good job of covering the redness and brings my atrocious eye bags back to a socially acceptable standard.
Hi! I'm a uni student, aspiring photographer, illustrator, dancer and (better) guitar player (yeah awesome combo I know) from Sydney :) So what will you find on here? Kpop, My pictures, Dance vids that I find and the occasional review or something? I'm as clueless as you are hehe.

GlossyBox: March
Well I gave to temptation and subscribed to Glossy Box and got my first delivery today (yay!).
So what is GlossyBox?
Its a box of 5 beauty goodies you receive every month for $14.95 to try out. Some are sample sizes and some are full sizes and well... yeah that's about it. I thought it'd be interesting to post what came in each box and once I try them out, give my own educated (ha!) opinions on them.
Gonna post up the overall packaging just this once to show you what it looks like :)
Contents:
Nougat London: Nurturing hand cream, Fig and Pink Cedar
$12.95 / 40ml$14.95 / 50ml
$19.95 / 75ml
$29.95 / 200ml
What it is: Self explanatory, its a hand cream.
Performance: Absorbs fairly quickly and left my skin noticeably smoother. Now it is a tad greasy but give it a few minutes you'll be picking up glasses without the fear of them slipping out of your hand.
The product: Fairly light, very fresh fragrance.
The verdict: Personally I think this would be most beneficial to people with really dry hands because its a great moisturizer without being too greasy.
Eau Thermal Avene (yeah can't do accents on the e)
$9.95 / 50ml
$17.95 / 150ml
What it is: Ok basically this is Avene water which boasts having unique, soothing effects. You spray a fine mist on whatever dry/hot body part you want, wait a few minutes then pat dry.
The product: Keep in mind this is no miracle water however it is very refreshing and, after waiting a few minutes it does seem to actually moisturize. (I have chronically dry legs during winter so I thought they'd be a good testing ground and that's just what I found). As for fragrance; none that got my spidey senses tingling.
The verdict: Ok well I asked my mum about this and she says that she used to have one during summer. Her advice is to stick it in the fridge and spray when you feel like you're beginning to melt. I think that for the price I might buy one during summer, after all this is Australia, land of the barren red sands hehe.
Dr Hauschka: Cleansing Cream (any Brown Eyed Girls fans out there?... no? ok...)
$37.00 / 50ml
What it is? A natural cleanser that helps prevent impurities and such.
The verdict: I found that it didn't leave my skin feeling dry, red or irritated. Also the calendula is meant to help with acne which hasn't flared since its use. Do note though, it does have alcohol in there.
What it is: A styling spray essentially.
The product: Sprays on normally and you don't need much to style effectively, so people with thin hair don't go overboard. Also doesn't oil up one's hair like mousse :) Also has a pleasant light fragrance.
The verdict: I reckon if you often style your hair this one would be good for you, quick application and lasts til your next wash.
What it is: Dry shampoo! A serious God send for those of us with oily hair hehe.
The product: A light, dry shampoo you spray onto your roots, leave in for a few minutes then brush out.
The verdict: Works very well and as a person who's hair gets oily after 24hrs (not an overstatement) people with oily hair need this when they can get their hands on it. Its quick and easy, a very worthwhile product.
Power... band?

Oh yeah I got this thing to, its a.... Ok I'm gonna have to quote the pamphlet for this one
"power balancing bracelet"... Well apparently this is meant to support strength and flexibility but personally I don't understand how its meant to work :\ (nor do I think it does for that matter...)

Welcome to my humble abode
Well not really. I was just curious to see how keeping a blog with hold up with me, never know, I might find this to a great place to do just about anything or you, dear stranger, may find something of use here.
But long story short my name's Tat and I'm 18. I started university this year and I'm still not sure wth I'm doing but hey, during these times you just gotta go with the flow right?
Well anyway you'll find pretty much any of my interests on here from photography, music, dance, art, youtube highlights and make up reviews (that last one is a biiiig maybe).
But yeah...
If you happen to find something insightful, enlightening, instructing or just something that made you smile then all the better :)
